Nizzar's Party (Recap)
The party went well, I think. The little boy had a great time, despite not knowing what the fuss was all about. He's only 2, what do you expect...
We decided to do the party at KizSport, Great Eastern Mall, to let the children play. All the people we invited turned up, including my parents who came all the way from Ipoh. There were about 25 children and 40 adults ~ so it was quite a big party for a small boy.
Surprise! Surprise! Superwoman and Mr Doctor were the first to arrive at the scene! In normal circumstances, they would usually be among the late comers! Hee... hee... thanks for coming, GF! Mr Doctor and Nizzar share the same birth date, ie. 5th May. (I'm secretly hoping my son will become a doctor, too, bila besar nanti!)
He got lots of presents ~ belum habis bukak lagi. So far, ada 3 guitar, a few building blocks, a big truck, t-shirts and CD. Our friend was too exhausted by the time the 5th present was opened, that he decided to go to sleep.
And yesterday too, I heard him call me "Mummy" for the first time! Yeay!! Finally!! Entah, out of the blue, suddenly i heard him say, "Mam-miii..... Miii..... " time dia merengek nak manja. Hee... hee... I was so happy! Tercapai juga cita2 I nak dengar dia panggil I Mummy. Altho' it doesn't sound quite right yet, he's getting there (I knew he could do it!).
Before I end this note, here's a picture from his 1st birthday last year. He was not well that time ~ had runny nose ~ so we didn't do a proper party for him. That's him looking up to his Baba, at the play area in PJ Hilton. Look how small he was.... can't believe he's two , now...

Glad you all had fun - especially the mamas and babas.
I think its best that you steer him towards being a doctor. A doctor who can write - but a writer cant be a doctor though my husband is really into alternative medicine.
We are just going for mixed grill at Abu Zaad - a lebanese restaurant - Children's treat.
Enjoy the birthday dinner & take care!
